Questions & Answers
On arrival day, your room will be available from 3:00 PM. On the departure day, we request that you check out by 11:00 AM. Locker Room available to store your luggage, take a shower, or change clothes.
Standard Rate
Guaranteed Booking:
Upon your written reconfirmation, the booking is guaranteed and we will reserve the room(s) for you for the entire duration of your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 59 – 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee
- 29 – 10 Less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee
In case of no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount.
Cancellation requests are only accepted in writing.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance now so that you are covered in the event of an unexpected cancellation.
To pay your hotel bill, our team at the front desk accepts cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and Amex. An ATM (for cash withdrawals) is available at FREUDENHAUS. All prices are in euros and are inclusive of all taxes and local taxes.
Our reception can hand you ski passes out from 7.30 am – 8.00 pm till 8 days. You can pay the ski pass at your Check-Out or directly at the reception.
We offer parking spaces for free in front of our hotel. For EUR 25,00 per night you can drive your car in our garage.
You are welcome to bring your dog on your holiday. A daily fee of € 35,00 applies.
We kindly ask for your understanding that, due to hygiene regulations, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant and buffet area or in the entire wellness & spa area. Thank you for your consideration.
Directly in our hotel you will find our ski rental FREUDENHAUS.
Opening times: Sunday until Thursday from 8.30 am – 6.00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 8.30 am – 7.00 pm.
From arrival to departure, your holiday at our hotels will be sheer delight. That’s why we offer our guests a late checkout when possible. For the use of the room we will charge EUR 49,00 per room.
Unless stated otherwise, our indicated prices are per person per night including breakfast.
