Guaranteed booking:
A deposit of 40% of the package price guarantees this booking and we keep the room (s) free for you for the entire stay.
Cancellation policy:
A free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to debit the credit card by 70% until 7 days and 90% until one day before arrival, if the reservation is not rented out. In case of a cancellation on the arrival day, a no-show or earlier departure we will charge 100% of the whole amount.
We will reimburse a 6-day ski pass that has not been used with € 239,50 per person (or from 20.02. until 19.03.2021 & 03.04. until 10.04.2021 € 264,50 per person); all other services that have not been used will not be reimbursed!
This offer is valid only for arrivals or departures on the dates specified and there are limited quotas available. Unused services cannot be refunded. Package deals can be booked in advance only and not during the stay. A change of ski models during the rental period is possible.
