From the strawberryland to the jam jar!
Also in the coming winter our guests can again enjoy homemade jam at the breakfast buffet! Junior “Luis” was together with Harald Lürzer in the Strawberryland, where the two had plucked the most beautiful strawberries for the delicious jam.
Our chef was also involved in the processing, because Rudi has the well-preserved jam recipe under control. Sliced, cooked and filled, the jam is already in the jar and waiting for your use in winter.
In addition to strawberry jam, this winter there will also be homemade apricot & plum jam at the breakfast buffet. We can guarantee you one thing, the jam has never been so honest and so delicious!
